That instinct led her to a career in broadcast journalism, where as a news anchor, reporter and producer she learned to find the human connection in every story. While interviewing global leaders, public figures and people from all walks of life, she discovered the most powerful stories don't begin with words. They begin by listening.
From the newsroom to the boardroom, Cara has spent nearly two decades helping executives and organizations find their voice in the moments that matter most. A global corporate communications leader, she has advised more than 40 C-suite executives across B2B, B2C and Fortune 50 companies in industries including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, technology, and consumer brands. Cara's expertise lies in the situations that demand precision: executive transitions, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity incidents, company transformations, and high-profile media interviews where the right message can influence perception and outcomes.
These experiences deepened one conviction: communication is one of the most underestimated leadership skills. The ability to speak with authenticity, build trust and connect people to a shared purpose isn’t a soft skill—it’s what separates good leaders from exceptional ones.
That belief is what led her to become a leadership coach. Today, she combines strategic communications expertise with leadership coaching to help executives and organizations shape narratives that build trust, align people and inspire action.
